SALUS Ljubljana, d.d. is a joint-stock company, incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia and reformed into a joint stock company by a Decision of the Workers Council of SALUS on 26.04.1990 (April twenty six nineteen-ninety), registered with the Court of Ljubljana on 26.04.1990 (April twenty six nineteen-ninety) by Decision no. Srg 3109/90.
The Statute was coordinated with the Companies Act by means of an Assembly Decision dated 26.03.1994 (March twenty six nineteen-ninety four) and amended by Assembly Decisions on 17.05.1997 (May seventeen nineteen-ninety seven), 08.05.1999 (May eight nineteen-ninety nine), 09.12.2000 (December nine two thousand), 25.05.2002 (May twenty five two thousand two), 10.05.2003 (May ten two thousand three), 22.05.2010 (May twenty two two thousand ten) and 21.05.2011 (May twenty one two thousand eleven).
